Our pricing is tiered by lead time, and we publish the whole table. Book 7 or more days ahead and you get the floor price. Book 2–6 days out and it costs a little more. Same-day is the premium tier — you're paying for a 4-hour delivery.

10-yard: $599 booked 7+ days ahead, $629 at 2–6 days, $750 same-day. 20-yard: $749 / $779 / $920. 30-yard: $799 / $829 / $980. Every price covers a 7-day rental and delivery, and it's flat across our entire service area — no zone surcharges. Picking the "Anytime" delivery window instead of a morning or afternoon slot knocks $15 off.

Weight is just as transparent. The 10-yard includes 1 ton, the 20-yard 2 tons, the 30-yard 3 tons. Go over and you pay $155 per ton, calculated straight from the dump-station scale ticket — the number on the ticket is the number you're billed. No mystery math, no padded "disposal adjustment" line items.

The 10-yard (from $599, 1 ton) is right for small demos, single-room tear-outs, and tight driveways. (Concrete, dirt, brick, or asphalt? That's the Heavy box below — not this one.) The 20-yard (from $749, 2 tons) is the workhorse: it's our recommended size for roofing tear-offs and the most versatile box for kitchen remodels and general construction debris. The 30-yard (from $799, 3 tons) is the step up for whole-home remodels, big C&D loads, and multi-trade jobs.

For heavy material — clean concrete, dirt, brick, or asphalt — skip the regular boxes entirely. Our Heavy 10-yard box is a flat rate from $599 with no weight limit. Fill it with concrete to the line and the price doesn't move. It runs on a 3-day rental instead of 7, because heavy boxes turn around fast. Clean soil and clean concrete book at the base rate; the soil-concrete-brick mix, bricks-only, and asphalt subtypes carry a +$150 surcharge because blended loads cost more to dispose. All heavy loads must be 95% pure.

Schedule slips? Handle it yourself. Rescheduling is free online any time before dispatch — no chat thread required, no asking permission. If a job dies entirely, cancel from the dashboard: $25 if you're 24 or more hours out from delivery, $195 inside 24 hours. Both numbers are disclosed before you ever pay, which is more than the phone-first guys will put in writing.

Disputes get settled by paperwork, not memory. It's the premium tier ($750/$920/$980 for 10/20/30-yard), but it keeps a crew working instead of standing around — and when you can plan ahead, booking 7+ days out always gets you the lowest price.

Standard rentals include 7 days on site (3 days for the Heavy box). If the job runs long, extra days are $50/day with provider approval — request them before pickup and keep working.
