BookingDumpsters (“BookingDumpsters,” “we,” “us”), a service operated by Haz Tu Marketing, operates a transactional SMS program for customers who book a roll-off dumpster rental at bookingdumpsters.com. This page explains exactly what the program does, how you join it, and how to leave it.

Who sends the messages: BookingDumpsters.
Who receives them: a customer who has booked a dumpster rental with us and provided their own mobile number at checkout.
Why we send them: to keep you informed about your own active rental — delivery and pickup scheduling, billing, and one-to-one customer-care replies. We do not send marketing, promotional, or third-party content through this program.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile phone number in the booking checkout form at bookingdumpsters.com. Directly beneath the phone-number field, the form displays the following consent language exactly as shown to you at the point of collection:
“By entering your number you agree to receive SMS about your rental (delivery, pickup, billing & support) from BookingDumpsters. Msg frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.”
For transparency, this is exactly how the opt-in appears on the booking checkout form — the consent language sits directly beneath the phone field, before any payment:

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Types of messages
All messages are transactional and tied to your specific rental. Representative examples of the messages we send:
- “BookingDumpsters: Hi John, your 20-yd dumpster is confirmed for delivery Tue 6/3 between 7-10 AM at 123 Main St. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
- “BookingDumpsters: Reminder - your dumpster pickup is scheduled for tomorrow 6/10. Please keep the area clear and accessible. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “BookingDumpsters: Your invoice is ready. View and pay securely: https://bookingdumpsters.com/pay/ABC123 Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

4. Message frequency
Message frequency is low and event-driven — you only receive messages when something happens with your rental (for example, a confirmation, a delivery or pickup reminder, or a billing notice). We do not send recurring or scheduled marketing blasts.
5. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further SMS messages from that number. To rejoin, simply reply START or enter your number again at checkout.

7. Cost & carriers
